Merch Last Call

Hello Go Play NW Attendees!

As a friendly reminder, last call for preordering merchandise will be Monday June 8! So if you want to guarantee a shirt in your size—or get the full set of six stickers—now is the time to preorder!

Local nonprofit The Vera Project will be printing our shirts! The Vera Project is an all-ages nonprofit space dedicated to fostering personal and community transformation through collaborative, youth-driven engagement in music and art. That includes teaching the art of screen printing and offering low-cost screen printing services to local organizations like ourselves. We’re excited to work with them and bring shirts back for Go Play NW this year!

Stickers are also printed locally and designed by some of your fellow attendees, including Violet Ash, Brendan, Kate, and Sovanny! (With two more designs to be revealed!)

If you would like to preorder either (or both!) of these, go to the Advanced Memberships page on our website by this coming Monday, June 8, and order that merch!

Funding update

Between our membership drive, presales, and all of you preordering merchandise, as of time of this writing we’ve raised a net total of $16,178, which has just pushed us over the edge of our stretch goal of providing tents for the tables in the courtyard! Our next stretch goal is a little weird but: It’s that we have met the most conservative estimate for our budget for the year. Go Play NW is focused on putting on an annual event, and as we’ve previously mentioned it is our largest expense, but we have bits and pieces that add on to our annual budget, and $17,000 would fully cover them (and just a smidge more).

We would love to hit this goal, and each shirt or sticker pack helps get us that last little bit towards the finish line. And don’t forget that you can still get your attendee ticket for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or all three days combined, with your attending membership!
